grand hotel, very polite staff, fresh food. the breakfast had plenty of food, like bangers, hot waffles, eggs, tea and coffee. lovely view, a spacious balcony, very comfy bed, too. fantastic facilities and the pool was good.

It deserves its 4 stars. Superb base for 1 night in Northallerton, ideal hotel. Standard room was with central heating, an iron and a sitting area.

We really enjoyed Swan House. Besides, church of st lawrence is 5 minutes' drive away. Liked customer service too. Thank you, you are dope...
